Welp, this is a tiny bit late xD I was planning to upload this right on the 31st but I forgot to account that I'd be out of town for a while. But better late than never, right? :P It's hard to believe 2016 is over, yet here we are. I'm really proud of the progress I made this year. I feel like I've improved so much in my anatomy, especially for humans thanks to the life drawing class I took (even though I sadly didn't get to make a whole bunch of digital human art this year). I'm honestly not sure what to expect for 2017, but I really want to do my best to make it a good one. Experimenting with colored pencils.

This was part of an assignment I had to do for life drawing earlier this week. I really liked how it came out so I figured I'd upload it here! (Sorry for the poor quality. I don't have a way to properly scan this so I had to use my phone.)

Of course Holden would be nerdy enough to decide environmental activism is a cool costume. He's dressed as the last Truffula tree, complete with a plushie of the Lorax who speaks for the trees. He figured it'd be fitting to keep the cloth tied around his snout, as the trees have no tongues to speak for themselves with. If you make a Onceler joke he will end you.

This is Fun Dip's Halloween costume from 2012, now with a fresh coat of paint! I may have owned her for over four years now, but Fun Dip will never be too old for trick-or-treating.
