I know that he's only doing this to save his own skin, but this guy has always been going to bat for israel for nearly two years. And now he's doing unto israeli supporters and delegates what he used to do to Palestine activists.
What the hell happened that made him put his foot down? It wasn't the right to rape protests. It wasn't the Mosquito Protocol. What changed? What did Piers see that made him say "israel is committing war crimes."?

They let all this happen, while claiming "oh, israel is just defending itself" or "They're the most moral army in the world", or "They have a right to exist."
And then there's Piers. Who, while only having recently changed his stance, has actually changed his stance.
Like, he's directly calling this out. He's pointing out that the only thing that israel has to counter the war crime allegations is by accusing their accusers of being politically motivated, deluded, or stupid. None of them believe that there's any good faith in the arguments.
The guys who had right to rape protests think that anyone accusing them of war crimes are stupid.
The guys who snipe kids in the head think that anyone accusing them of war crimes are deluded.
The guys who openly admitted that they wouldn't stop killing Palestinians even if the hostages were returned think that anyone accusing them of war crimes are politically motivated.
