Three, actually. The concept art book with Vol I and the Zetsubou-hen and Mirai-hen books with Vols II and IV, respectively. Vol III comes with Kirigirisou instead.

Okay so I have less than two hours to answer this ask so I might as well get to it. My best guess is that this will be a Japanese-style talkshow, the kind of which dominates Japanese TV, featuring Monokuma as the host and the other colorful cast of misfits as the guests. I suspect that there will be a few challenges or quizzes they have to do (Togami refusing, of course), a section where they all have to try some kind of special food (probably made by Monokuma, with an extreme close-up of Monomi's shaky hand holding it on a spoon/fork/chopsticks), some kind of trivia thing, short interviews about various topics, and clips either from the show itself, the music videos for the OPEDs, or of newly animated footage, all with the guests' portraits in the corner reacting (Kamukura is perpetually bored).
