Unfamiliar was she with the great branches overhead. Different they were from those in Lothlorien, though no less BEAUTIFUL. There was, however, a strange taint that filled the air, light enough that any being with less sensitive nose could pass through without notice. Still, there was beauty enough to OVERLOOK all else.
Arwen was grateful for the f a m i l i a r clomp of hooves around her. A small escort was required as guides through the forest, for by her own eyes the path seemed to MELD with surroundings. Perhaps it was a trick of the light, or the taint in her head. Large, elaborate doors led the entourage to the residence of Silvan inhabitants, and she smiled at the noticeable similarity in ornate carvings.
It was her FIRST time in the Woodland Realm, but the realm itself held little engrossment for her. It was --in fact-- the L I B R A R Y that held her focus (and excitement) as she dismounted, waiting to be met. Knowledge enough to rival her own library, she had been told, and immediately been unable to refuse invitation. For how could she pass on opportunities to learn?
