What has inspired me to come onto tumbr was because I found a twitter post with someone saying they thought that Blood was the least common/most uncommon aspect out of them all! Which I thought was highly interesting.

IMO, Blood, Heart, and Space (in that order) are the most common aspects among people! I'll focus on Blood for now.

I would believe that Blood would be the most common Aspect as Blood strongly relates to connection in any form, whether that be family, friends, or even romantic relationships. Connections and relationships are the most fundamental thing to humans, we are highly social creatures!!!!!! Connections are such an essential part to humans that I really cant see Blood being an uncommon aspect. Even with classes that are confident or insecure in their aspect, Blood feels to essential to humanity to be uncommon! I feel it is very common for people to feel highly skilled in socialization or very insecure about it. So for our more active or passive classes I can still see blood being very common!

I feel Blood/connections are to essential to humans to not be common basically. And its a thing that most everyone struggles with, so in my mind it makes sense for it to be a more common aspect.

1) Offence

As the Witch class manipulates their aspect, they most likely cannot cause wounds with their powers. Of course they can still physically harm someone with a weapon and then once the target is already wounded they can tear them to pieces. Being able to cause maximum damage at lower levels would require the target to already be critically wounded, as manipulating smaller wounds (such as cuts or scratches) to destroy a target is likely more of a god tier ability.

2) Support

The first ability is the reverse for healing/support, with smaller wounds being easier to close and larger ones being impossible to affect until higher levels. It’s also likely that the Witch of Blood cannot fully heal a wound, only reduce it to a superficial injury as this ability falls into the Sylph of Bloods portfolio.

3) Manipulation of bonds

The Witch of Blood would have similar abilities to the Witches of Heart and Mind, being able to manipulate pre-existing bonds to either unify or divide a group. This could be extremely useful in getting the sessions team to work together or reducing the enemies capacity to work as a team. If the Witch was working against the sessions players however, they could potentially ruin the groups friendships.

The Witch of Blood is a very balanced class, capable of taking the offensive or supportive role in any team, making them an excellent addition to almost any session.

Works well with: Sylph of Life, Knight of Light, Seer of Heart

Works poorly with: Witch of Mind, Prince of Heart, Bard of Blood

1) Mending wounds

The Sylph of Blood would be able to heal almost any wound that their allies or themselves had received. At lower levels it would likely take a lot out of them if the wound was severe, however once reaching god tier this ability would be effortless for them. It’s unlikely that the Sylph of Blood would be able to bring back the dead as a Sylph of Life may be able to do, unless perhaps they sacrificed themselves in some sort of blood ritual.

2) Healing bonds

This player would be adept at repairing broken and fractured relationships, whether they be romantic or otherwise. This would likely manifest itself by the Sylph being a good listener who gives excellent advice.

3) Healing with bonds

Sometimes all people need are friends and then everything starts to get better. The Sylph could become someone’s friend or introduce them to new people in order help someone who found it hard to make friends. This would also be useful for helping the quieter members of the group get out a bit more and socialise with the team.

The Sylph of Blood is the perfect support character for any team. Able to heal wounds and keep the group together. They would be particularly useful in a session where the group doesn’t get along very well and making them team work together would likely be a breaking point for the session.

Works well with: Rogue of Heart, Seer of Mind, Knight of Life

Works poorly with: Prince and Bard of Blood, Thief of Heart

1) Sharing of bonds

The Rogue of Blood would be excellent at helping others make friends. They could set a couple of people up with the intention of making them get along better, and it would almost always yield positive results. If two team members weren't getting along very well, the Rogue would make an excellent auspistice.

2) Transferring wounds

If another player had been wounded, the Rogue could ‘take’ the wounds and ‘give’ them to another. This allows them to heal their team members and deal damage to an enemy at the same time. Unfortunately they wouldn't be able to transfer the wounds to themselves as that ability lies with the Thief of Blood, which is quite amusing really as the Rogue is supposed to be the more selfless class.

3) Unity

This Rogue would be particularly adept at being the team leader’s right hand officer. They could share the unity between the group in order to ‘steal’ it for the leader, making a close and loyal team. Of course if the Rogue was working against the team they could easily disrupt the bonds that the team had, more like a divide and conquer sort of strategy.

The Rogue of Blood would be a useful player to have on your team if your group happened to be particularly unstable and volatile; keeping the team together and hopefully ready to complete the game.

Works well with: Seer of Rage, Knight of Hope, Sylph of Heart

Works poorly with: The prince, thief and Bard of blood

I’m not going to lie, I adored looking at this Title. I half-did it a while ago, but I just got around to finishing it now.

1) Wounds

If the Prince could destroy bloodshed, or destroy using bloodshed, this gives him strong powers that could work either way. He could obliterate a person’s wounds, essentially healing them from injuries. If the injury was fatal (or had that potential), I doubt the Prince would be able to do anything about it, but if it wasn’t too serious, I don’t think he would have any problems removing it. However when destroying using bloodshed, he could worsen a relatively mild injury to the stage where it would become fatal, or at least much worse, effectively destroying the person he’s working on.

2) Destroying bonds

This is simple enough. He would be able to, should the mood take him, destroy the bonds between people. Whether this be friendship, love or possibly even strong hate (to the point where they care about each other, Kismesis-style), you can be sure the Prince would be able to fuck it up. They might do it by making up rumours, twisting words, stirring, bringing up old rivalries. However they do it, the result will be the same. This could be used to get rid of friends who have the potential to screw everything up if they continue to be friends, or to break up the bonds between people out of spite. However, given the nature of the Princes, which is more likely, eh?

3) Destroying using bonds

Destroying using the bonds between people probably wouldn’t be a strong power. However, if two people had a strong friendship, and something happened to one half, the Prince would no doubt be one of the best to rile up the other into taking action against those who hurt their friend. This could be used to get rid of a destructive player, but could also be used to provoke havoc among the players.
