#blocked chakra

I have headaches every day when I usually have none. I’m super irritable lately. Nothing feels satisfying. I feel bitter. I don’t feel at peace at all. I cry every day.

Are you experiencing any discomfort or uncomfortableness in your neck and throat area.  This may indicate some blocked energy in your throat chakra.  If you have thyroid challenges or constant sore throat or coughs, this could indicate challenges here.  Very often, even when we work with balancing and unblocking our chakras, old energy of the past gets stored in the cells of our chakras.  

Some simple exercise to work on unblocking the energy is to hum and use the voice and throat.  Also chanting, singing, garble talk and singing mantras helps to move the energy.
