I dont know if you remember me, but a couple years ago i was consistently submitting these sorts of edits lol (Went by go0dra at the time!), i saw your list of them and decided i wanted to take a crack at doing more :)

I also recorded my process again and put it on youtube!

Hey!! Yes, of course I remember you! I loved all your sprite edits so much and it's so exciting that you decided to do more. I loved the Eeveelutions you picked (the edits all turned out fantastic, but I think Bircheon is my favorite of the bunch). It made me so happy to see these - thank you for making them!

Blitzeon (Electric/Dark)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. It is possible for nocturnal Eevee who are exposed to frequent thunderstorms to evolve into an Electric/Dark type. These Eeveelutions bear a striking pattern that is unique to each individual, which they can light up in a shocking display to stun opponents in the dark. If threatened, Blitzeon are able to quickly generate thunderstorms and can release dark clouds from the pores on their shoulders. The storms magnify their electric power and allow them to slip out of harms way into the shadows. Blitzeon are attracted to cities, where electricity remains strong during the night; if a city is experiencing frequent blackouts, an Electric/Dark Eeveelution is likely to blame. Trainers can seek out these playfully devious Eeveelutions by tracking powerful storms, or can attempt to evolve their own by training their Eevee at night and exposing it to electrical sources.
