#bliss(oc)

Short short short:

This is an attempt to make a ref of my OC Bliss that I made back in 2015. This is a slight redesign because I edited his outfit. I also keep finding it funny he was made before the PPG Reboot's Bliss ever happened.

Admittedly he was originally inspired by Bell by Bleedman but I don't support him anymore, I only bring this up to be transparent on Bliss's inspiration.(His bangs were inspired by a pic I forgot so can't link)

Bliss wasn't always Bliss, he was the son of a scientist that worked with Professor Utonium for some time. He ended up similar to Utonium's girls due to an incident while his dad tried to save him.(Think of how Bullet got her powers by the girls nursing her back to health while also giving her Chemical X) Bliss thought it'd be fitting to call himself Bliss after hearing his dad say "Blissful dreams" after Bliss recovered/changed as he did look like someone out of a dream.(Along with the fact his dad thought it was blissful dreaming that he could save him despite trying)

Unfortunately something happened to his dad leaving Bliss on his own(the cause of his messy bangs & wild hair) & making the mistake of trusting Fuzzy Lumpkins who lived in the area Bliss & his dad lived around. Fuzzy led to people thinking his name was Bean & the girls thinking Bliss was a new villain until getting to know him. Bliss eventually would get adopted & end up in a better environment no longer being tricked by villains anymore.

Bliss while having the powers similar to the Powerpuff Girls & Rowdyruff Boys(super strength, speed, durability, ability to fly & laser vision) he also has the ability to split into three versions of himself.(Each one getting one of the 3 colors that are in the highlights in his hair) Bliss seems to also be able to go into dreams or allow others to go into them.

Below is the very first pic I made of Bliss, originally posted December 25, 2015. I also used it to help with coloring samples.

I managed to find out I have a psd file for the original image but sadly there's no layer of the highlights by themselves that I can mess with to get a better samples as the highlights. On the bright side I have it so I can use it to help me with adjustments later.

I didn't think I had the psd file because I drew this on my ipad using an old art program I use to mess with. I deleted the app at some point & also replaced the ipad at another point so past this file I don't have the originals.(Likely wouldn't have helped as I merged multiple layers)
