The label to this Blind Pig from Russian River Brewing Co said to not let it age, so against my usual norms, I drank this lovely pine tropical fruity citrus nicely malted bitter beer this evening just 9 hours after purchasing it directly from the brewery (bottled on 19 July 2017, just 4 days ago). Then came Pliny the Elder, another lovely... though this evening I preferred the Blind Pig...
