My 11 week old early premie, Patrick was born 3 lbs 3 Oz. In this photograph, he was 17 days old (5 years ago, today) and had just gotten up to 4 lbs. He would remain in the NICU, until September 10th, because premature babies need to get up to and maintain a weight of 5lbs 8oz or 5 1/2 lbs. He was so tiny but he was a strong one and did well in the NICU, his entire stay only 6 weeks total. I got to see her dedicated to the Lord when she was a baby. Now, I got to be apart of something so amazing with her.
