Shaw smirked, met her eyes, and tore off yet another shirt. “You should come over and stop me.”

“Never heard of him before.” The name ‘Hades’ was apparently supposed to mean something to her, but the only lord of Hell she knew was her son. Propping her chin on her hand, she raised an eyebrow at the girl. When she was told that a dark-haired teenager was there to see her, she thought that Azrael had finally taken the time off of her busy schedule to finally visit. The one standing in front of her wasn’t her daughter, but she did have the stench of Death about her. “Although Death seems to consider you a close friend. I can almost smell it on you.”
