okay so I use a can of condensed tomato soup (26 oz) and put that in a cooking pot on medium high heat and stir it for a bit. Then I pour milk into the empty can about halfway then add that. Add tablespoon an a half of butter, a half tablespoon to 3/4 tablespoon ish of basil leaves and a pinch of garlic powder. And a pinch of sugar. Trust me on this lol. Salt and pepper for taste, and sprinkle cheese on top once it’s bubbling (idk if boiling is the right word since it’s too heavy to really boil hehe.) Serve with a cheese quesadilla or on its own!
