Loved to see Lan Wangji as a tarot reader and how he helped Wei Wuxian through his struggles through giving him readings over the time of some months. Their misunderstanding towards the end killed me. Excerpt: Lan Wangji swallowed down a heavy sigh. The cards had implored him to wait for a bunch of— He parted the curtains and stepped into the foyer, only to come face-to-face with a pair of beautiful, dancing grey eyes. His brain came to a screeching, smoking, grinding halt as he tried to process what he was looking at. Long black hair framing a sharp face, full pink lips accented by a tiny beauty mark below, a wide, dazzling smile revealing- oh fuck- adorable rabbit teeth. Lan Wangji continued taking in bits of the man in flashes, a tall, lean frame with incredibly long legs, a black leather jacket over a red shirt tucked tattered distress black jeans with a wide belt cinching in the waist. He was devastating.
