Right, because I had a crystal ball and the Game of Thrones showrunners tied up in the back of my closet and could foresee that this show would devolve into the shitstorm that it became. Considering the scene in question wasn’t even part of the book - at least not for the character in question - how does your comment even make sense? How would you have known watching the show or reading the book that this was going to happen? I’m sorry, but not everyone is endowed with a sixth sense like you.
Also, for your information, I did stop watching the show. And I am completely at peace with that decision. Which means I can express my disgust for the show however much I like because I did do something about it. Your argument is childish and does nothing to elevate the discussion about media issues. You don’t have a problem with the show? Good for you. I do. If you can’t handle other people’s points of view, you’re gonna have a bad time following this blog.
This is exactly the type of cognitive dissonance I was referring to in my previous post. Thank you for validating my theory.
