Ok so… weirdly I could see Vika and Curt actually working? 😂 I know I’ve talked about wanting to explore their (platonic) dynamic in Pyaar Dosti Hai, but I feel like romantically they’d be cute together too! Curt starts off teasingly flirting with her, of course, just because she’s so shy at first and it’s fun to see her blush, but somewhere along the way I imagine that somehow turns into actual flirting (oops, sorry Val). He draws Vika out of her shell, and I imagine Vika sort of softening him? He’s so boisterous, but I imagine Vika would be such a grounding presence for him. (Val, of course, is in shock bc “Vika, I’ve been trying to get him to shut up for 25 years! How in the world did you do that?!”)
As for Jules and Gale… another one, oddly, that I could see working? They’d love quiet days together, each cuddled up on the couch with a book, Gale maybe tinkering with something around the house. Jules would be the one (1) person that could draw him out onto the dance floor, and he’s always reminding her that he rode the Cyclone at Coney Island exactly ONCE for her “and I’m never doing it again, honey.”
