I saw my ex wife this week, Our youngest son turned 10 and she came to visit the boys who have been with me since June.

We all had dinner and it's amazing how things change over time. Although reconciliation is not an option, I am grateful for our relationship and co-parenting.

So my best friend is in Prison for 7 more years and everyone has pretty much abandoned him.

I am asking anyone with a few minutes to write him and offer him some words of encouragement.

Whew, so it's been a minute and I really don't feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings any other place....so I have been seperated from my wife and kids for 8 months now and I think I have finally reached the acceptance stage. I have read 10 books in that time frame and started really investing in myself. I lost over 40 pounds, stopped smoking weed daily and started managing my money alot better. We are cordial and I see my children 3-4 times a week and on the weekends. I am not sure how long it will remain like this but I am grateful for her.

I put her thru all kinds of hell for 15 years, and I finally happy to let her have her peace. I have tryed to meet new women and none of them really keep my interest for too long so I think I am going to just chill and work on being alone for a awhile.

I am quitting cigarettes as of now, they are killing me and counterproductive to living the healthy life I plan to live.
