Poignant. When I read the synopsis, I though this would be like Black & Blue. Even the poster has a similar vibe. Oh boy, I was wrong. This is a story of "Black Cop", a man who balances his verison of Black and Blue. His monologues screaming his version of truths. His direct to camera, scream his verison of truths. His had enoughs, screams his version of truths. Black Cop is a lone police officer who finally has enough. Enough of being stereotyped, enough of being seen as the enemy when his not the enemy. Enough of being seen as the problem because he just happens to be there. Black Cop flips the narrative, he takes it into his own hands to 'harass' white people, just like black people are harassed by cops. This movie gives an insight into America, in particular being a black cop in America. Going from off-duty racially profiled cop in America to an on-duty had enough of this b.s cop in America. At times making the audience feel for Black Cop and wanting to understand his side than at other times making us question his decisions. Quite powerful and poignant. #blackcop #blackcopmovie @ronnierowejr https://www.instagram.com/p/CawioRdvh3i/?utm_medium=tumblr
