But yes, the hork-bajir are Black-coded. And I think it's wild that thus far I've only personally encountered like two other Black tumblr users insisting that they aren't. I don't know why, the Animorphs book series is just kinda racist towards a bunch of groups and the writers aren't very good and tend to be pretty obvious about the parallels and metaphors and shit they're using even if they're bad ideas to do.
