realized the gotham cathedral is in arkham city and peebs lives near the cathedral so. stalking her
the game map isn't to scale, and it's also partially destroyed, but :) i think it's official enough. she's technically across the street from the cathedral here but her apartment doesn't really have a view of it, just the street/other buildings and maybe the river. not a super photogenic part of town (this is like 2 blocks away from crime alley on the condensed game map) but the people are nice enough, especially in her little apartment building. she lives on the second floor and i like to think one of her neighbors helps her bring up groceries. another neighbor has convinced her to try gardening with her. her condo with tommy was probably further north than the confines of the game map. unless i said it was closer to the bowery in which case it was south on the game map. idk
