We also experimented with capturing motion in a lot of these pictures by using the tinsels, dangling stars and chains and moving them about whilst we took the pictures. This would create a light painting effect and with the coloured lights it created a neon visual aesthetic which contrasted very well with the black background. The pictures turned out to be very abstract and I would like to further develop the use of playing with light and different processes to create abstract photographs.
