This guy looks familiar. There was something oddly striking about him, but he just couldn’t figure out what it was! Maybe this guy just looks like someone he knows? Maybe not? Well he can’t tell for sure, but that won’t stop Twice from obtaining a bit of data. Even if his powers were not to the best of their ability, there’s no reason he couldn’t have them for the future! Under the mask, Twice gives a smile before speaking with the blonde
“What a fine day this is, my good sir. You seem to be doing well today. And I see you have a bag of clothes with you? It really is a fine day to be shopping! I know it’s probably weird for a guy in a mask to ask this out of the blue, but would you mind if I take your measurements? I just need to take note of your height, your torso width, your leg length, your ankle width, your foot size, even your head size!” As the man named everything he needs, he proceeded to take out his ruler and reach over to try and begin the measurements without his actual permission. “You know what they say, the more data you have on a person, the better the outcome for me will be.”
