I found an ancient abandoned wip (like 5 years yikes) while organizing my mound of craft supplies, i did finish this sweater at some point but i didn't like the result and undid the collar/some of the chest so I decided to pick it back up and finish it

Alright folks after deciding i had nothing that would work (and I had in sufficient quantities) I went out and spent way to much on buttons and now can't make up my mind
Fist up are these, i cheated a bit and mentioning it here in case it helps someone in the future
They came witha huge plastic ring that comes off super easy making them a much more suitable size 🥰 (the clear plastic bits also totally look like little lampshades! Definitely saving those for a future project)

I used a decreasing pattern for the skirt but it was too short for what i wanted so i actually extended it, and extended the in-between pattern that stayed regular before starting to decrease as well, i am supper happy to say my math mathed and everything aligned even if I could have survived being off by a row or two
is it perfect? No. Is it finished? Yes. Am I happy with it? Also yes
I never looked up any instructions for shaping knitting aside from my general knowledge of how to increase and decrease the amounts of stiches so very pleased with the results! In a way i felt like I was possessed making this dress, the top especially, i had no idea what it would look like finished 😅 maybe a more open neckline would have been nice but the dress is so heavy I would have worried about it slipping off...

Some stuff I made it the past week; a zipper version of the pink jacket (now confirmed to zip up even over c3 and c2 angelphilla chest, if you know you know) and fits small sd boys and girls!
And my first hexagon cardigan 🥰 i saw this yarn at the store and spent a month thinking about it so I went back for it 😅 sometimes people add trim and cuffs to these but I think it works as is, for some reson crocheting this absolutely killed my hands even tho only knitting for multiple days in a row has anywhere near a simular effect, i never noticed before so maybe it was the hook and yarn size combo since I usually work smaller
I accidentally ordered 300g of alpaca wool without really thinking about what that actually meant so now i am knitting something out of it to use it 😅 at least it's a nice yarn to accidentally have a lot of!

in other knitting news I made my first ever sock 😅
It's not perfect but I learned a lot making it, I don't think I will make it a matching pair but definitely want to make more socks in the future
I impulse bought some very very soft yarn from the dollar store so in order to justify it I made this sweater ( ・∀・)
It's not flawless but I am pretty happy with the end result! Because the yarn was large (for doll scale) it went together rather quickly as well!
Meet finaly Albus! My dollzone nana on a rory dollzone body! He’s just breathtaking 😭❤️ i mess up his sweater a bit cause aim not use of his size yet but overall he’s not naked anymore so it’s something xD
@rakeru_sensei sensei did an amazing job as always with him (sadly my clumsiness chip his chin a bit 😭) there is no words to say how much i adore him!!! I want so many clothes for him damnit!
