When someone says “you looked better in your before picture” ARE YOU SERIOUS. In one instant you are allowed to critic all my hard work?

MY blood, MY sweat & MY tears as I’ve challenge MY mind, MY body & MY soul. My end goal is NOT to be some skinny chick with my rib cage popping out (which there is nothing wrong with that, if that’s what you like, just not my personal preference.) But rather my end goal is to push myself to be better. When I am focusing on holding myself to a higher standard I feel happier.

I spent SO many years ashamed of my body. I HURT my body. I DISRESPECTED my body. I CURSED & HID it from the world. I let SOCIETY tell ME how I should feel about MY body. I want women like me who currently HATE, DISRESPECT or DO NOT CHERISH/HONOR their body that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You CAN learn to LOVE your body from the inside out. TRUST ME!  I’ve been "thin" before & still HATED myself, you have to understand it’s not about punishing yourself into love. It’s about loving yourself enough to care about what you do with it.
