she's a carver : Vain and cruel. She delights in tormenting Clancy, and clings to the former beauty she had in life. She often selects vessels she deems young and beautiful, holding it in great importance, and the citizens in her district reflect these values. She has a strange camaraderie with Nico, and has the second highest Clancy kill count just after Him.

beaten down, i'll slip away : Fossor. Nills lurks under the City in the catacombs, working with the bodies of the Glorious Gone. He preps select vessels for seizing and burns the rest, robes permanently stained with ash and paint. Smallest of the Nine and most soft-spoken, he often works closely with Vetomo, who makes the Neon and Saturation, as well as other chemicals used for preserving Goners.
