I am-ing. I being. I me-ing. What a tremendous amount of compassion I feel for all my permutations...past self, present self, future self, highest self...so grateful to all of my selves. Reading over old journals I recognize how my past self slowly & surely built up that self love muscle, how the very act of writing & reading painful posts articulating the voices of obsession, diminished self worth, numbing out when abandonment issues were triggered & awakening to passion again & again is honoring all I've been through on this journey. Okay, I feel triggered but what is this moment teaching me & what am I feeling exactly? (My go-to self talk) If I don't reflect & remain curious I forget that I can't lose my way for I AM the way. These last couple of weeks my inner child has held space for me to deepen my shadow work. During this time of juicy, divine, & nuanced exploration my visualizing continues to lead me into the corners of my mind where I find her weeping & each time I held her while she raged & wept for all of the marginalized.
