worst pairing ever: I don’t know? Any that are written just for the author to have an excuse to write abuse and rape?

guilty pleasure pairing: Clint “not seeing that’ when he falls for Pietro

a pairing you want to see more: Frosthawk and Winterhawk

that pairing everyone likes but you’re like “lol no”: Frostiron. I can see where the basis for it comes from, but I’ve never been able to get into it or really enjoy the work for it, although often wonderfully made....I don’t ship Clint with Natasha either. At least not outside of a friends with benefits situation.

1) if someone wanted to really understand you, what would they read, watch, and listen to?

OH GOD THIS ONE IS SO HARD. I have such a wide variety of tastes that I guess all I’d really ask is that you keep the same open mind. Openly trash talking something I’ve just said I enjoy is really not the way to get me to enjoy your company. (Respectively stating a different viewpoint is totally understandable, though.)

2) have you ever found a writer who thinks just like you? if so, who?

*assumes Will Smith pose over some-radical-notion*

Mind you, she went with, “Wow, let’s write full stories together some time, I think we write really alike!” when I was still in the senpai stage and I just about fell out my chair. (...I say this like I ever came out of the senpai stage with her.)

3) list your fandoms and one character from each that you identify with.

Supernatural: Dean Winchester. I grew up the younger sibling with a brother who was very much this role, so it’s somewhat surprising. But, really, I know what it’s like to lose so much your sick of it and that losing your sibling especially feels as though a limb has been hacked clear off. I relate to his need to wear people’s expectations as a guard, even as you try to fight them, and the determined need to defend your loved ones to the damned death if need be.

Dragon Age: Cullen? Picking the characters I get to play and tailor make during the game feels like a bit of a cop out, after all. And, really, Cullen’s awkward, self-conscious is me straight on. (And, alright, the sheer stubbornness too.)

Mass Effect: Kaidan? I mean, Shepard too, but I latched onto Kaidan completely unexpectedly at the start of the game.

Honestly, I have a hell of a lot of fandoms, but these were the first three to come to mind so I’m leaving it as such currently :>

4) do you like your name?  is there another name you think would fit you better?

Oh God, no. My mom dreamt my name, of all things, with my middle name coming from my Nana (great grandmother), who was my childhood idol growing up. Dad will always whine about how he didn’t know what my name was going to be until it was already on the birth certificate and that he wanted to name me Megan Bliss. Honestly, I think I lucked out sticking with the parent that’s actually been, you know, a parent to me.

5) do you think of yourself as a human being or a human doing? do you identify yourself by the things you do?

6. What are their drinking habits? Do they hold their liquor well?

Growing up in the Circle, the strongest alcohol Sigyn was exposed to was wine on feast days. Other than that it was either water or heavily diluted beer. So once out on the road as a Warden, Alistair had to become her personal bodyguard whenever Zevran and or Morrigan drew her out to taverns. Mind you, Morrigan was quite prepared to thrash anyone who tried to get too handsy with her hilariously tipsy friend.

9. Favourite piece of clothing?

When being taken by the templars, Sigyn clung to her mother so fiercely, and vice versa, that being torn apart left her with her mother’s scarf in her hands. She wore it on special occasions within in the Circle, keeping it hidden otherwise. 

Once things settle into a relative peace, she likes to bundle up in Alistair’s clothes. Her favorites are those recently discarded that still hold his warmth and scent. Maker know she didn’t start it with any other intent outside of feeling close to him (especially when with child) but she certainly isn’t complaining over how he tends to react to it either.

11. Are they very outspoken or cautious and considerate?

Sigyn started out outspoken within the Circle, pulling little pranks wherever she could. She only ducked her head down into studies when she was warned that if such actions continued she would wind up alongside Anders in isolation or, worse, a Tranquil. 

Playing Mass Effect or Dragon Age, alongside gabbing about my OCs in each game.

Sleepover chats with some-radical-notion and pandoras-crayons (and the hope of visiting them some day).

Late night story plotting with xmasqueradedsightx...and then the writing sessions that end with us saying, “Good night...um...or good morning, I guess?” as we finish writing at 8am.

The youtube family that never fail to lift me up and convince me things will get better.
