hi!! i had a few questions. 1) do you only sell binders to ftm trans ppl? because ive seen websites that do that, and i consider myself nonbinary or genderqueer. 2) how do you know when your binder is worn out? i didnt realise that was a thing that happened! ive had mine for almost a year now. ive accidentally made it make some rippy noises as i put it on a few times. T-T and i find that i now have to tug it up a bit to get the same compression i used to. i could be imagining that though! thanks
1) Absolutely not! Ā For one thing we personally identify as nonbinary. Ā We sell to trans man, nonbinary people, cosplayers, cis women, anyone who wants or needs to bind for any reason. Ā We are not here to gatekeep; if anything aside from the obviousĀ āmaking a living,ā weāre here to normalizeĀ binding.
2) If you find that youāre binder isnāt binding you to your satisfaction anymore, then itās time to buy a new one. Ā A binder is like any other piece of clothing, it wears out the more you wear and wash it. Ā There are things you can do to help it last longer ā wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, hang dry, have more than one at a time so youāre not wearing the same one every day, you can even send it to us to freshen up the seams for you. Ā But ultimately there will come a day when youāll just be better off replacing it.
