The tears were too many and a sea was born.
From the inside out, he was dried up like a desert.
His heart had given all it could, his body, all the tears possible.
And just like the desert, his heart too dried up and cracked.
Anything else that could possibly replace the tears was soon drifting down the stream to meet with the sea he’d formed.
And in this sea of tears, he was lost again with no sense of direction, and no destination on where to go, so long as he made it to fresh water that wasn’t of his own.
To a place of hope and promise, or at least a place that was better then here.
