You wake up, and realise where you are. You’re about 90% sure you're in the 2005 IDW continuity so you promise yourself to not get involved in whatever shit is going down.

You tell yourself to stay clear of Kaon especially.

And then, over time you settle in. You get used to your new life eventually, and would you look at that? You’ve just landed a sick government job working as a receptionist!

It's in Kaon, and though you vaguely remember not wanting to go there, the reason why escapes you.

You have to do the routine checks.

His identification bolt seems valid enough (Starscream is a unique name, you think. Must be Vosian. Maybe Praxian) and his documentation is provided. You can't tell who signed it at first glance. The signature is loopy, written in cursive that makes your optics bleed. You just know that it's from a senator — just not which one.

You send the stranger along ahead, advising him to continue straight down the corridor.

Like, he gives me so many vibes, and all of them are wholesome.

Skyfire is that one uncle that's always on fucking vacation, and sends those really cheesy postcards back. Half to brag, and half “they looked nifty :]”.
