Thanks to Kinto on Bluesky for pointing out the information from Inside the Worlds/Complete Locations concerning moisture farm burials.
Here's a rare look at the front of Shmi Skywalker and Gredda, Lef, and Edern Lars' graves, from John Knoll's book Creating the Worlds of Star Wars: 365 Days. You can see glyphs carved into the gravetones which we can't see onscreen as we only see them from behind.
Thanks to Aurek Fonts for pointing out that the glyphs appear to be in the Huttese script, seen more prominently several years later in The Clone Wars, though it's still difficult to make out what symbols they are.
