So BIMP is basically a batch editor for you to edit/color multiple layers at once. Thus, this is great for when you’re making gifs or just editing loads of photos that you’ve taken.

1. Now, BIMP only works with the default GIMP tools. To use BIMP, go to File > Batch Image Manipulation...

First step is to load in your frames. You can pick to load the folder that has your images or just single images.

2. Next, select an output folder.

3. Next, it’s time to add the actions that you want to make to your frames.

Let’s say the first thing I want to do is resize. So, click on that.

If you want to use more filters from GIMP, you can pick this option:

Now, the thing about BIMP is that you have to know which plugins/tools you want to use and you have to know the parameters or else it will be very ‘trial and error’.

Therefore, I would suggest you find the plugins that you want to use for your edits and write down the parameters. Once you’ve gotten all the correct parameters, you can open BIMP and locate the correct plugin and put in the values of the parameters.

Then, you can save the set.
