chapter 1

Morning {4:30 am} 

  Y/n woke with a start, a loud crash coming from her living room. “Drunk again” y/n thought swinging her legs of the side of the bed. Y/n groaned closing her e/c eyes.

  Looking down and pulling her shirt up just enough to show the black and purple bruises that stretched across her abdomen. 

  “GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE AND GET ME A BEER Y/N” m/n mom yelled “Ok mom” y/n yelled back as she got up and headed downstairs. The place once clean as could be was now a mess. Beer bottles, trash, dirty clothes and other such items were scattered all around the house. 

  Y/n went into the kitchen grabbing a beer from the fridge. “No food are you serious” she thought looking through the fridge. Signing you went into the living room. Her mom was sitting there, beer bottles on the table, couch and floor. 

  “What took you so long bitch” m/n snapped at you. “Sorry” y/n said 

Snarky back. She should have not said it like that, because what happen next was m/n throwing an empty bottle at y/ns head, she through her arms up just in time.

  The glass shattered against her forearms, and sliced open her arms and made a gash on y/ns face. The glass shards clattered onto the carpet bellow.

"I'm telling you man she looks really familiar!" Stu said to Billy quietly...well as quietly as he possibly could. Thankfully they were a few meters from the girl they were talking about so it didn't matter all too much.

College had been going great for them! They got away with being victims of a bloody massacre at Stu's home and they had the scars from the stabbing to prove it. People didn't dwell on it too much. Sure it was a horrifying experience for all that lived in the town and many families grieved.

Both 'mourned ' the deaths of their girlfriends but honestly now that they were out of town and now in a college town they could finally let their own relationship be in the open. Stu claimed they were the CUTEST couple EVER.

After two weeks Billy slid a book toward Stu. Stu looked at it with a confused expression on his face as he lifted it. "What?" He asked. It was a book they have both read before over and over again about a murder that happened in a state that left half a town eliminated and a young girl of the age 12 had survived by killing the masked assailant when they came after her as well after killing her father.

The photo of the surviving girl on the cover. Stu's eyes went wide. "It's her?" He asked Billy as a large grin pulled at his lips. The pieces of the puzzle seemed to fit so maybe the picture was right. She was a final girl. An actual, living, breathing final girl. Something their own little horror film had been missing.

Billy felt his own smirk start to twitch at the corner of his lips. "How about we get to know her a bit?" He asked his goofy boyfriend. "I think our relationship has plenty of room for another...besides we have been talking about getting a third roommate...for some reason her landlord died in a fire taking down her home while she was in class...she needs a place to stay."

It was clear Billy had been working on this on his own for a while now. There was no way the fire started on its own so conveniently. Stu chuckled and nodded his head. "I believe you're right. Let's go talk to her." He said while grabbing his sweater and pulling it over his bare chest while pulling his boyfriend up from his seat while practically running out of their home to the car so they could make their way to the school.
