So the day started kind of awfully. because as soon as we got there, me, Emily, and Leah went to the Doctor Who panel, but got blocked out. So whatever. We go and walk the floor a bit, but Emily loses something. So we go up and look for it while Leah heads to the Teen Wolf panel. No luck in finding it. I go to find Leah at the TW panel and Emily goes to OUAT. I cant get into that, so I try and find Emily, but have no luck there either. So I sit at our meeting point and wait.

My day instantly got so much better when my friends called me to come outside to meet them. Cat, dressed as Enjolras, met me and led us to Caitlin (Grantaire) and Shea (Eponine). I had known two of them already; Cat and Caitlin, from the internet as well as our NYCC adventure last year when we went as the Fabulous Killjoys. I had never met Shea before, but we became quick friends- she was the Eponine to my Marius, after all! So we all got to hang around outside and we had a little photoshoot... it was super fun. sadly me and Shea had to leave Cat and Caitlin when we went inside. 

We reconvened with Emily and Leah, then goofed off all day. I didn't end up getting into any of the panels I wanted to go to, but I still had a lot of fun. We spent most of the time walking the floor, me getting dragged around by Eponine. 

At the end of the day, when we were waiting for Cat and Caitlin outside, we met up with another awesome person, Sara, who was also dressed as Marius. We danced like idiots.

To be completely honest, I think one of the highlights of the day was getting to run around in character all day. I will forever brag about how I boosted my confidence that day by goofing off as Marius Pontmercy. At one point in the day, while we were waiting for Emily, who was on a really long line, I covered me and Shea with the flag and we used each other as pillows and it was super cute and I'm really proud of myself because I'm not usually that comfortable around strangers, but it was so worth it oh my gosh.

Thursday night of NYCC, Caitlin (and possibly Cat) is picking me up at the airport and we're meeting Onion and Miri at an iHop and we're going to be IC and dressed appropriately in modern clothes.

no i have gotten far enough in supernatural to know gabriel! between actually watching and having a friend who obsessed over him back in high school at least :>

aaa im really nervous about apping OTL im gonna go through w/ it though so let cas know!! 8D

i just went to go tell them. and it turns out the player quietly dropped castiel like last week ; ;
