Finally made a bill cipher design I'm somewhat proud of!!
Some of my “human” bill design concepts. The idea is ford had to put together a body that was made of “organic material” (super vague I know) ford made it very humanoid, which bill didn’t care for. He likes having a body he can freely use, though. The body can fall apart, and when it does it’s very… off putting.
