Social media is an interesting phenonmenoa... especially when looking at it for the use of ones proffesion. My hope for 2018 and for True Self Academy is to merge my love of motherhood and yoga together however I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place... especially when it comes to social media. On one hand seeing pictures of mothering and everything that goes along with it has been very helpful to me. On the otherhand, is it fair for me to expose my child in the hopes to connect with other mothers? Is it possible to show my love of being a mother, of doing yoga with my son, of parenting in a particular way without directly sharing his image? I know this isn't an issue for all parents but it is an important one for me. I have yet to find the answers to these questions which is why you won't currently find many pictures of my little Gabriel online.
