when you walk in, ur immediately greeted by the self proclaimed stunning host and maitre d’ himself: el matador!!

yeah dw… the excessive winking and self glaze is part of the “experience” we will sit u down in a minute

and when ur ready to order, our top server north shaw will be there to make u forget this place is severely out of ur budget

unless he’s busy puffing clouds in the bathroom

or maybe ur not too keen on the food for today?? head down to the bar and just chill w our mixologist: cool joe

he hates that u just ordered an espresso martini and he will let you know

no need to freak out over spilled milk!! our busser blok will take care of that… and yes he is scary but we promise he’s nice

that guy wipes the table so clean you unfortunately can see all of ur pores

we dont exactly know where the “twisting” nickname came from but he CAN whip egg whites without a mixer

if you ever try to compliment anything he serves… he WILL name his sourdough starter after you
