So many people are superstitious about Friday the 13th however last week on the 13th May, the Sound Pride NHS Choir made up of staff from Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) had one of their best moments so far with their performance of 3 songs from a list of popular funeral songs.
Their performances of You Raise Me Up, Abide with Me and Angels went down a storm with the songs resonating with the audience allowing them to openly discuss dying. We even helped some people shed happy tears. Of course this was the aim with this performance at the end of an amazing week of the #BigConversation as part of @DyingMatters week.
