On This International Day of Older Persons, we think of the older refugees in Meheba. Amid COVID-19, the hardship they face daily goes beyond description. Besides physical decline, isolation and lack of adequate sanitation, financial limitations make older refugees extremely vulnerable. Brave Heart Foundation is working to provide warm food, hygienic items and other activities in order to fill their days with dignity and meaning.
