*ACTIVISM OPPORTUNITY REGARDING COVID-19*

Hello everyone!

Wow, it’s been a minute. Like a hot minute. Like possibly almost multiple years minute.

Quick summary update of my life: Got my Master’s Degree in Counseling. Recently landed my first counseling job. Started practicing Zen Buddhism. Wrote a lot of songs. Stuff and things. But most relative to this article, I’ve been doing factory work until I start the counseling job.

I’m sure many of you have heard of COVID-19. Most, if not all of you are being affected by it in some way right now. I’m from Ohio, USA and right now we’re in the thick of the beginning stages of this whole shit storm.

An order to shut down all non-essential businesses will be in effect here starting tonight. However, my factory (and many other non-essential factory facilities in Ohio) are finding loopholes to stay open, thus risking the health of their employees and the larger community.

So I decided to dust off my writing skills and do some activism while in quarantine (I came into contact with someone who might have it but as of now I feel fine).
