10. What was your favorite new release of the year?

The Care and Feeding of Waspish Widows by Olivia Waite. A slowburn, friends-to-lovers wlw romance that also involves pining and bedsharing?  Sign me right up.  A+.  Highly recommend.  10/10 will not regret.

11. What was your favorite book that has been out for a while, but you just now read?

Cover Her Face by P.D. James.  It's a mystery originally published in 1962 and I found it very enjoyable.  I'm reading the second one in the series right now.

20. What was your most anticipated release? Did it meet your expectations?

The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow.  It absolutely exceeded my expectations.  I hadn't read anything else by Alix E. Harrow, but the premise immediately grabbed my attention.  Alternate history + magic is real + women being powerful and bamfy?  Like just sign me up.  And then to have everything actually delivered on...it was was great.  Highly recommend.

Cat Grant is everything. Season 2 is hit and miss, so I choose to focus on the good parts. I'm here if you ever need someone to fangirl with!

15) Have you ever “shipped at first sight”?

Of course.  Brenda/Sharon, Hackle, HBDrill.  These were all ‘Yes good they belong together for sure please just kiss’ ships for me from the moment the characters appeared on screen together.

16) Talk about a ship you initially disliked.

As a teenager, I didn’t like Ron Weasley & Hermione Granger as a couple.  I was young and stupid and had no [good] experience with relationships.  I’ve since come to realize that they’re well suited to each other because they help to balance each other out and that’s important.  I still wish in my heart of hearts that Hermione had ended up with Ginny or Luna, but I can understand how Hermione could end up with Ron.

40) If you could change one thing about your OTP, what would that be?

Laura Roslin would still be alive and living in that cabin.

I love all your custom funkos even if you keep sacrificing characters I like to make them. First Felicity, then Peggy, and now Felix. WHY. I love them but I’m so conflicted.

Battlestar Galactica, Gilmore Girls, The Closer, and Dead Like Me are all topnotch.

3. Favourite television show from the 2010′s +?

Downton Abbey, Major Crimes [seasons 1-3 specifically], Steven Universe, The Worst Witch, and Father Brown.  I could honestly list like 20 more, but I figured 5 is more than enough.
