I made a whole bunch of fresh spring rolls! 😋 Just wrap some julienned cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers, seaweed, and baked tofu in rice paper. The dipping sauce is made by squeezing 1/2 a lemon into about 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp liquid aminos, plus sriracha and coco sugar to taste.
