Ingredients: 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1/2 medium beet, peeled and chopped. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey optional. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Ice cubes optional.
