Benoit-Phillip headcanons for daily serotonin:
- Phillip’s ‘real job’ is that he owns some kind of real estate/ architectural company, and he remodelled his and Benoit’s entire apartment after they moved in
- He also does all the decorating, Benoit just brings weird knickknacks back from his travels and Phillip goes ‘Blanc. Blanc where am I supposed to put this.’ But he always finds a space for them anyway
- Benoit makes friends with a new celebrity about once a year while Phillip has Three good friends he’s known since ye olde days and when they talk about their friends they have to constantly clarify like ‘Jason? Our Jason?’ ‘No, Jason Momoa’
- Phillip is English English, so he sometimes gets upset about Southern-Evangelical-Upbringing anecdotes Benoit drops casually into conversation, because what do you mean that’s normal?
- However, Phillip is also the only person Benoit will talk about his childhood with in any detail
- The sourdough was of course a very fun lockdown project, but Phillip usually has at least one random project or hobby on the go, whereas Benoit can’t relax for more than a day or two before he starts working again
- Holidays/vacations are therefore usually structured around work trips, but on the odd occasion that they get a proper trip away together, it involves a lot of cocktails and musical theatre
