My cat got outside earlier this year and while I really hoped she hadn't, she did end up with kittens (which I was really fucking upset about bc I almost had enough money saved back to get her fixed)
I was hoping their birth (the 1st of June) would line up well enough with them beginning to wean and when I'd have money next (3rd of July). Well she's trying to wean them and literally bringing them to me to feed them and I dont have anything they're interested in.
I tried some ground chicken I had. One ate a few bites but the others keep chasing her and trying to nurse for the few seconds they get when she sits down. Shes obviously stressed. The kittens are stressed. Im stressed
Ive dealt with kittens before with past cats when I was younger and they usually took to wet food okay. Problem is, the 20 dollars I had in the bank went to taking my son to his doctors appointments over the month and I have 5 to my name now.
If anyone could donate food money for the kittens or if someone could commission me so i could go get them food, I would be so grateful
