I'm moving onto breeches next. Gonna get the big pieces done before moving onto making his cravat and choosing hair ribbon etc.

The show would start in 1777. The Coles would move to New York at the beginning of the year because the British took firm hold of New York Harbor and they already have ties there. Elizabeth would have a storyline about fighting against the unjust treatment of American prisoners of war (it was really bad, especially in New York). Ben would join the army when he turned 18 in the summer, just in time to be trained by Lafayette. Lord Harry Lacey, having bought a commission, would be captured after the Battle of Saratoga and through him we would see how British and Hessian POWs were treated. Of course there would be a storyline about the capitol of Virginia moving to Richmond in 1779 because they were afraid Williamsburg would be attacked. The Liberty's Kids crossover would take advantage of the fact that James and Sarah are like Ben and Felicity in a different font.
