Welcome to day two of #BendableBarriers. Now that we've checked in on our Wheel Pose, it's time to get warmed up and prepare for the journey ahead! For tomorrow, we are going to be moving through Cow Pose (Bitilasana) and Cat Pose (Marjaryasana), focusing on the breath and finding mobility in the spine for more advanced asanas to come. There is no beginner or advanced variation for tomorrow, just take your time and enjoy the movement! As you inhale, allow the belly to sink toward the floor, while lifting through the chest and the tailbone. ➰ As you exhale, move through tabletop and begin to round the spine toward the ceiling, letting the head release gently. ➰ Repeat 10-20 times. ➰ Have fun!
