And the result was this crazed plurihomicidal zealot of a skeleton and his accomplished tired brother with Being-The-Head-Of-The-Royal-Guard-And-A-Papyrus-At-The-Same-Time-based depression AND the weight of being one of the only things stopping his brother from murdering everyone and everything everywhere ever all at once or something like that
Also frisk and chara in this universe are AWARE of the multiverse and once their adventure starts they literally go "whonder what this AU has to offer!" And surprise sans threathens them with a .44 magnum the instant they meet him, thank papyrus for saving their ass and move on.
