All ages are welcome to participate.

Pop-Up! Stressbusters: Aromatherapy Sachet Wednesday, September 20 - 3:30-5:30 PM & Tuesday, September 26 - 3:30-5:30 PM (Drop in anytime between the designated hours!) These events are for: the 7th-12th grade + 2017 high school grads (who are typically age 17-19 yrs.) When there's lots of things / weighing on your mind--who ya gonna call?! STRESSBUSTERS! Come to the Young Adult area to create a quick and easy aromatherapy sachet. Hang it in your locker, tuck it in your backpack, keep it in your pocket: instant stress relief in a little bag! And did you miss the Craftzilla: DIY Locker Deco event? There's leftover supplies to take your locker from a drab, steel box to a thing of beauty and self-expression! Make pattern magnets, glitter photo clips, pom garlards, mini cork boards, and/or washi tape notebooks (BYON).

Gamefest Friday, January 12 3:00-6:00 PM ★ This event is for: the 7th-12th grade + 2017 high school grads. We ask that parents/guardians return at the end of the event. No younger siblings, please. Video and tabletop gaming! Get your snack on and hang with friends. We have Wii U (Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart 8, karaoke), Gamecube, and Xbox 360 gaming--plus a variety of tabletop titles! Attendees may bring games, but they must be multiplayer and rated TEEN or below. Now featuring: tabletop ping pong! We have one set, so if necessary, people can sign on a wait list and play 20 minutes at a time. ★ Please note: the library closes at 5:00 PM, but the event will continue until 6:00 PM. Normal library services will not be available at this time and the front entrance will be locked. Please have transport arranged or somewhere to go when the event ends. Parents/guardians MUST provide transport to minors after dark, in inclement weather (this includes below zero cold), and/or who live a considerable distance away. A police escort will be called for minors whose rides have not yet arrived 15 minutes past the event's end.
