things have been hard lately as i have been facing the stark realities of #beingdisabled and #livingalone #chronicpain and #chronicillness have changed the pattern of my life, but i am still able to #meditate with #art and #poetry to bring myself to a place of #peaceandjoy here is what the poem says, set against the face of sublime joy Sweet Love filling this breath with enough joy to counteract all of the stress and pain for a few minutes.
