sugimoto’s mindset changed from “the world might be an enemy until proven otherwise” to “the world might not be an enemy until proven otherwise” after meeting asirpa, with ogata’s presence among the group constantly asserting the situation and providing cues leaving very little room to doubt,
the severity of sugimoto’s actions only increases drastically, they are both able to explode even faster even more efficiently when on the same battle ground, killing intent threatening to spill out, walking that fine line constantly with restraint, other than their own pettiness and bickering at each other,
now as to what will happen if they were bound to go against the other at a later time....unrestrained
#that would actually make a very mindblowing scene or as expected...lol or wished for....sugimoto taking a blow that was destined to ogata#when up against tsurumi for that one last decisive time#but ogata is a very complex character and his own character development cannot be expected or contained to a single path BECAUSE#it has always been one and a single path for him always#behind someone#i'm hestitant to even post because feeling like being very wrong about not sure at all
